Calenstone was created from a belief that people and organizations need room to grow, adapt, or choose a new direction. They also need sound judgment, structure, and foundations strong enough to support what comes next. Whether working with an individual navigating personal or professional development, or an organization facing a critical moment, progress requires clarity, discipline, reflection, and the ability to turn intent into action.
I founded Calenstone
after more than 25 years of leadership experience across nonprofit and corporate sectors. My work has included strategy, operations, governance, policy, organizational change, strategic partnerships, and executive decision-making. Across those settings, I have seen how often people and organizations are asked to make important decisions without enough space to think clearly, test assumptions, and clarify what matters most. Through Calenstone, I help create that space.
I hold an MBA from the University of Southern California, have completed executive education in Strategic Leadership and Advanced Strategy through Harvard, and formal training in professional coaching through the Co-Active Training Institute. My approach brings together strategic discipline, relational intelligence and real-world leadership experience. I work as a professional coach, thought partner, and strategy and planning consultant, helping clients clarify priorities, strengthen judgment, and move from insight to intentional action.
